That doesn't explain why they never called my mobile though, they have the number!
After all, I'm not going to know about a late payment if they don't tell me! 0 -
anyone who has a late payment and its not your fault you should ask for this to be updated on the credit file as well, as it will be marked down as a missed payment and should not be0
