Vehicle Check - HPI/Stolen, etc
Picking up a car and paying full balance on wednesday, private sale and I want to know which is the best and reasonably priced check to get done on it.
It has a privater plate so details on that I want. A lot of checks either omit this, while others include it but omit whether its a Cat D or whether it was stolen in the past. They seem only concerned with whether its stolen now, or whether it was a Cat A rightoff.
ANyone suggest any for me please?

Hi,
The check I recommend is the RAC one online (https://www.rac.co.uk). It costs £24.99 and all it does is directs you to the HPI site (who normally charge over £40).If you found my comment helpful, please click the 'Thanks' button below :T0 -
but it doesn tell you if th ecar was Cat D or whether it was every stolen and recovered, only if it was a total writeoff, or is currently stolen.
Im having a nightmare trying to find one that covers everything, but thanks0
