I want unlimited instant access & lots of inte

Basically I want an unlimited instant access savings account which pays me lots of interest.
You see I have a car loan with about 3 years left to go but I now have all the money to pay it off. It is a fixed rate so if I pay it off early I still pay the same amount. So I thought I'd put the money into an instant access savings account and pay the monthly amount into my normal current account to be direct debited to the loan company, thus earning a bit of interest!!
It would be nice to have the interest each month too!
Looking on here and the link to money supermarket it seems that Cahoot is the highest and that pays me monthly interest (calculated daily).
Am I correct? Or is there something better about. Thanks!
