Amex - Pleas Help!

Hi hoping you guys can help – I have today (23/12/08) received a Statutory demand dated 18/12/08 for a debt to amex from a solicitors – I have previously asked for my cca (15/10/08) and get a letter back dated 01/12/08 saying “we enclose a copy of your application and conditions, which together constitute your agreement” – it says I have 18 days to act – please help

Probably from the amount you didn't pay with fees and interest added?0

Remember the contract needs to be signed and dated by both parties and the terms and conditions need to be a copy of the original. Amex are very bad for keeping the correct paperwork so it is worth checking.0
