Anyone else in the same boat - getting a bit annoyed as have spoken to them at least 5 times explaining I am unable to apply electronically.

Still not received paper application for Father in Law Power of Attorney account.
Have cleared all other accounts (ISAs, savings) and have received form for fixed rate account.
Have phoned chasing POA account but have only been told forms will be sent out 'soon'.
Also asked if I could use one of the fixed rate forms to retrieve POA account but was told not to do so as the forms are bar coded to relate to specific accounts.
Getting well p'd of with the delay.0 -

Responded to 2nd email on 12th Nov. Opted to wait for fixed account to end on Nov 24th.
 Still no paperwork received. On last 2 calls have been told that forms for Fixed Rate accounts aren't being sent out until the end of December. When I said that can't be right as various people on various forums have received their's (plus a couple of friends) was told that I shouldn't believe anything I read on forums!
Think I believe forums a bit more than I do the FSCS!!
Very p**d off with this compensation scheme, esp after such a good start. If their FAQs had even hinted that I might have to wait up to 3 months for my Fixed Rate cash, I'd never have gone down that route.
Grrrr0
