Help - metric meter misery?

I'm on an npower pre pay meter for gas, and I get the same impression that I'm supposed to know how a meter works when I call, I'll be watching on Monday with great interest!

Hi, just been reading this thread and remembered our Gas meter was changed feb 2008 to Metric and at the time I thought they'd cocked up as the bill was really high. After a few months they started billing me in metric so all been fine. But after reading this i've gone back and checked the Feb mar april bill and suprise suprise i've been billed with the imperial to metric conversion. Just been on the phone to E-on and they agree its wrong and owe me about £150, so thanks very much everyone.

Result, we were on watchdog tonight, and both companies have said we will get a full refund, N-power wouldnt talk to me since 2005, shows what power the TV have!!
A big weight off our shoulders, but N-power have said we will get £50 compo!!!!!!!! wow, I will have to work out what the interest on £2000 should be before I agree to that;)
