Transfer to MP player using SonicStage

I've got a sony NW-e005 MP3 player and it came with sonic stage.
Everything was fine on the first install. I've had to reinstall the whole system due to a virus and now I can't get it to transfer from my library onto the MP3.
Every time I attempt it I get the following:
Cannot convert the specified track.
Possible reasons may include:
- The track (files) cannot be found. - they're all in the library
- SonicStage does not support the file format of the track. - its in their own format, all icons are for sonicstage
- The track is copyright protected. - I don't think this is the case
Trying to convert all the music files again comes up with - all files converted already
Any ideas or places I can go for help?

What EXACTLY are you trying to do?
Install it? or its on and your trying to do WHAT exactly?
When you say 'reinstall', is that FORMATTED, or just repaired?:idea:0 -
Sonicstage is a right pain. Try Tools-Options-Advanced Settings and click the Optimize button in the Database Optimization bit.0

To the OP I would suggest using WinAmp. It should be compatible.Buy for value not cost.

My comp crashed and I had to rebuild it.
On reinstalling sonic stage I can't tfr naff all to my MP3 player. It plays the music and all files are in the appropriate format.MAC
