Florida Villas costs
tech
I've so far found a villa for £620 for a fortnight. Is this a good bargain or does anyone know where it's possibly cheaper for a fortnight from October 06 to November 06.
Does cheaper always mean better? I've had hundreds of emails from people wanting me to rent their villa and some at say £700 look no worse than those at £1200. Is location the key?

Another good way is to stay in a condo (appartment very nice, two bedrooms or more (sleep over 6 normally), Kitchen, laundry room etc, swimming pool (althougth shared normally always quiet in Florida, as everyone is at the theme parks)- Sheraton, Hilton, Marriott etc do really nice Condo's next to Disney and really posh.
Cost can be £500 - £1000 for two weeks depending when, advantages are that they are central, you have maid service, you don't have to worry about breakages etc.
I have been going to Florida for over 25 years and these are some of the best places I've stayed.
Good luck0 -
I agree with Cardew's answer in the other thread. It does seem cheap though but you would need to state beds/baths and what subdivision it on. Does that price include taxes and pool heat?0
