If i leave it a while and go back to it it has re-started
If you board the wrong train, it is no use running along the corridor in the other direction.

What are your system specifications and O/S?

There are many possible reasons - overheating, power supply on its way out, intermittent memory errors, driver incompatibility, virus/malware infection, etc.
You need to find out more about the circumstances - e.g. does it only happen when the screensaver kicks in, and if you watch carefully do you get a blue screen and/or any error messages?
You may also be able to get an indication by looking in the system logs, but you would need to say which Operating System you're running, as where to look depends on that.0 -
A virus might be problem. Also what about windows update? has that just updated?Kind Regards
