How annoying. My local shop isn't even on the sale list, so I'll have to take my custom else where.

Contacted them by email, here's what they said.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused relating to our online sale.

Due to technical difficulties the sale has now been removed from our website.

The in store sale will start on Friday 26th December, Boxing day, in our top stores. A full list of these stores is available on our website. These stores will carry an extensive range of our sale products.

What I can't knock them for is the speed in which they replied, 3 minutes, not bad going eh.

when is a sale not a sale............. when its a superdrug sale
soon to follow woollies down the pan im afraid,the way it treats customers with contempt.
