I opened funds with them a few months ago - so decided I needed to know also. Not easy to find! This is the best I could achieve .. copied as it's from a .pdf :-What can I do with my loyalty bonus?
-
You can withdraw cash from your loyalty bonus at any stage, see below for more details.
-
Alternatively, you can move money from your loyalty bonus account into any other HL Vantage account you hold by calling our Helpdesk.
...... the 'see below' was a bit murky as it related to transfers out of HL. Suggest the Helpdesk is probably a better source (or at least - quicker) of knowledge than their site.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -

There's a form here:
http://www.h-l.co.uk/home/literature/online/1/document/Vantage%20cash%20withdrawal
that you can complete to withdraw your loyalty bonus.
I've never quite figured out why they require you to send them a paper form to do this (as opposed to being able to do it online).Stompa0 -

It's never a hassle. Standard letter on my computer, and we all must have an enormous stack of pre-paid envelopes to HL ... 4 days later, I'm richer, they're poorer and I'm earning interest.
.... now, let me see, £2.97 @ 1.5% pa interest? Hooray £0.000162739 every day!0 -

...Less 50p for the ink (on my printer anyway).
When I spoke to them they said they expected to have an online facility for withdrawals soon. Won't hold my breathe though, obviously very helpful to them not to make withdrawals too easy. (If we all made withdrawals as soon as we had 10p waiting it might encourage them to sort it out.)0 -
