Free Knickers!! (Now Pay P+P)

Has anyone had any problems with figleaves not discounting the order correctly?

I placed an order the middle of last week and should have been charged the grand total of £0.95. The order confirmation agreed with this but the dispatch confirmation had changed the voucher value to only £3 and now my card has been charged with £2.95!

I've contacted customer service (still waiting to hear back) but thought I should flag this up for everyone else!

I won't go for posts like this if I have to pay ever again.......shudders at the thought of paying £20 for a small tin of roses

Thanks to op. I ordered some stuff for Mrs Snout, and have had the order confirmation. £5-worth of goodies for £0-worth of dosh! But has anyone received an order yet?

Received 4 parcels today. Two free items and some items I'd paid nearly full price for just before the sale started.

Excellent service, I'll buy from them all the time in future.

Oddly, the orders I placed over the weekend came out ok - it was just the one from the middle of last week that didn't work right.

The orders I placed on the weekend have just started to come today after discounts I got the following: Tommy Hillfiger Socks - £4 (for brand crazed brother-in-law). Thong - £1. Still to come 2x packs of patterned knee-highs for £1 each. A pair of 'toe' socks for £0. I've had dispatch emails for everything so it should come out grand.

It looks like I might just have got away with it - I've just received a shipping confirmation saying my card has been charged £1 (for £6 worth of knicker!)
