I have also had a problem with them in the last week or so. Ordered something on the 18th knowing that it probably wouldn't arrive in time for Xmas Day. Whenever I log onto my account it simply says processing. They took the money from my account the day I ordered it. I have since tried to cancel the order and they said it is too late. Reckon they are talking nonsense.

They've only ever taken money from me once an item has been dispatched, although I have never ordered from them around Christmas time.

Yeah i agree all shops only take money when dispatch is made, taking money before then is actually bad for the company because then they have accepted your offer and are legally bound to all their terms.

I have ordered from them before and had excellent service. Item arrived the very next day.
