Friend of mine is looking to insure a car for 2 days later in the year. Any suggestions?

If they have an existing policy, you can have the temporary car covered, for an admin fee, I'd guess £15 - £20.
Or the same applies to whoever owns the car - put your friend on as named person driving, for just the 2 days.
But if neither apply, guess hiring a different carwould be the answer, then you won't be worrying about coming unstuck.
