Remvoing Items off the Tool Bar

Options
I know this is probably a simple question but I can't figure out how to do it. I have some things on the bottom tool bar that I want to remove from the start up but can't work out how to remove them.

Thanks

Do you mean remove from the system tray?

It's best to follow the sequence there.

First see if you can stop it from inside the program that created it. If that doesn't work, move down the list.

I use the startup manager built into Spybot

you can also do it this way goto
start then run and type in msconfig
it should then bring up system configuration utility
goto startup and switch off what you dont want at startup clock apply/ok
it will restart your pc when it has opened again you will get a message on the screan click on the box then ok
    hope this helps
