Some clues on the website, the biggest being no contact details and the line: All DVD’s are in Multi-Region/Region-Free format and can be read on any functioning DVD player, Playstation, Xbox and computer DVD-Rom. It works on all PAL & NTSC TVs and players.

I notice that you've posted this in a few places, good move as it will show up on any google search.

Also I'm sure the real DVD Crave in Australia (www.dvdcrave.com) won't be too impressed. I stayed away from them though after their credit card breach was handled really badly.
