Ferguson FDT600 Freeview re-scan failure

I have a Ferguson FDT600 Freview box.

I recently had my aerial changed for the digital switchover.

Since then I have rescanned my freeview box and it does not pick up BBC-1 on channel 1 or channels BBC2 ITV1 Ch4. These channels along with others all are picked up in channel number 801 and above.

No downloads have been received by my FDT600 and I have tried several sites for assistance without luck.

I know Ferguson no longer exists and was taken over by Thompson who also now do not exist.

My opinion is that a download is required to get my TV channels correctly.

Does anyone know who I contact for this to happen?

Or can someone please tell me why my box does not pick up the correct channels in the correct order? I have another Freeview Box; a Clarity purchased via Tesco and this works and scans fine.

I am fairly sure that Thomson do still exist, their receivers are still on sale.
