French/Belgium 'Flea Markets' trip

Its hubbies 60th this year and he loves Boot Fairs and markets and I wondered if there are any organised trips that will take us to any French/Belgium ones. He wouldn't drive over there, so it would have to be all organised.
Hopefully this would be July/August/September time.
