About a year ago, Bill Gates decided that he didn't have enough money and started charging to add Hotmail to Outlook Express  , it's £14.99 a year subscription. I pay it, because, although it annoys me to have to pay, it's worth it to me. Have you paid the subscription?I only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.0

You could try eprompter: https://www.eprompter.com/ not as good as Outlook but does the job or: https://www.incredimail.com/english/splash/splash.asp I've used Incredimail for a long time but I don'know if they have done the same as MS. If you had used Outlook before MS started paying for it they let you carry on using it for free.
Good luck0 -
