Alliance & Leicester Spoof email?

Don't know if anyone one else has received these emails but I have just logged onto my business email account to find two messages claiming to be from Alliance & Leicester Commercial Banking asking me to reactivate passwords etc as a move against phising etc.
They imply that I am one of their customers which I am not.
The second one has a link to click on for 'Banking News'.
They were sent between 12 & 2 this morning.
I may be wrong but I thought that I better warn people just in case.
