Help... patental control for ipod touch

Hi,
discovered this evening that my 7yr old has downloaded few paid games though the apps store in my ipod touch. When asked she says she hasn't put my itunes password. How is this possible?
Also she has been viewing the cartoon videos in the youtube of the ipod touch. is there anyway i can ensure that she doesn't come across the adult stuffs while searching for kids videos?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you go to Settings > General > Restrictions > Enable restrictions, you can turn off access to YouTube and the App Store.

I'm not sure how she managed to download something without knowing your password though.

Have you ever downloaded anything from the apps store or iTunes Wi-Fi music store yourself? if you have, the most likely answer is that the iPod has saved your iTunes account details. as for youtube, the restrictions are the same as via the website. adult content can only be accessed by logging into your youtube account and verifying your age. of course there will always be videos that slip through but it's no different to using youtube on a pc/mac. hope that helps!

i have figured it out now.
when logging on to itunes she clicked "forgot my password".. then it gave the hint question to which she knew the answer ( i was stupid to to set a easy question in the first place).. then the password came up automatically ... and then in in next 30 min she downloaded 6games..
