Icesave Isa certificate problem

Just got my Icesave Isa certificate back but it seems that it is for less that i had in there?

Because i didn't look at the statement i couldn't remember if i had assigned interest payments monthly to another account.

Or are all ISA's paid on maturity and i have to reinvest it somewhere else until the full 12 months is up and then get it?

Also currently it seems that i would be better off putting it into a normal account as ISA rates are so low??

Icesave had ISAs that paid monthly interest out to external accounts.

Possibly, but you must transfer it to an ISA by 5th April or its ISA status will expire you will lose the tax-free benefits forever.
