In my HHC I did some serious decluttering of the front bit of my front room! And it looks so much better already :D Just don't want to turn round and look at the back bit!!!

    Evening all

    :rotfl: at oddjob

I am back and have been ordered to put my feet up by DH who has overruled plan for risotto for dinner and is cooking fishfingers again - suits me! :D Had a fab time with my friends, the little girl is disabled and was so pleased to see me it was lovely. She ran up to me and said 'Big Rachel, I've missed you' and hugged me so tight. we had a fab time. and went on a boat on the thames and then to see her big brother who used to be a member of the youth group I ran.

Had a lovely but tiring day. The argos is actually quite far from marble arch, thankfully i looked it up first - so avoided busy parts and there wasn't really a queue. bad news is the lego which was all i could find is star wars (with guns) and indiana jones (with swords). might have to think again as I don't think their mum will be happy with that. However as not seeing them til 28th am not going to worry before Christmas now.

Came back via local small sainsbys so got everything else we need except for fresh crusty bread which we'll get christmas eve. managed to topple loads of bars of choc off a high shelf though and then a shop assistant called me dear  do I look that old?!

DH has said no more cleaning now, he'll do it all apparently. Think he's worried about me as my post viral thing before was triggered by exhaustion. So relaxing evening tonight, mince pies and brandy cream are in order plus a film i think.

Valli, depends what it is, sounds like you've got a bug from others comments. I find lying on my front helps get rid of trapped wind if it's that!

kids are both out so i can blub and wail now. have persuaded dd to get me the 'good' bucket as it will be easier to clean. fortunately was in bathrrom when i needed to be but the pain is agonising. dd wouldn't come near me for fear of catching it. i also have a pain low down on my rhs?
