The '3 days work' in the kitchen took 1.5 HOURS!!! I had done all the time consuming bit so they dewebbed the back room, washed the kitchen walls and ceiling and did the windows and sills... and all the junk upon them.. I even filled a binbag of rubbish they went round... Oh.. they did sweep under the table as well.. so I can get the floor mopped now.. :D ...

Tesco is next on my hit list!

  • I've come up for air & a cuppa as the WM had finished, washing is now on the rads & I'm halfway through sorting my floordrobe. I still haven't done the desk in the study, but it's early yet.
Just had to run out & catch the dustbin men to give them a Christmas box, they are always so helpful & often take loads more then the need to.
The gammon is cooking & smells lovely, hubby will slice it when he gets in from work.

    p.s. what's a HHC?

I forgot this very important message to all Flyladies (sorry, gents, it is gender specific)

Tampax have announced today that they will be replacing the cord on their tampons with a piece of tinsel.

This will be for the Christmas period only!

Eww I hope not as it's tom for me..lol. Although it could prove interesting at bedtime..:rotfl:

Still feeling like carpe, this cold does not want to go away, and now the cough is aggravating me

Gryfon hugs hon, hope you feel a bit christmassy soon. I am trying not to get too down here, mainly because it's the 2nd christmas without my mum being alive and the depression always gets worse for me. So I've upped my medication a bit, I did consult my Dr over the phone, in the hope that it will get me through it without too much problems.

OK, all you ironing freaks... what's the best method for dealing with kingsize duvet covers? It always ends up being a huge battle for me... I can never get the seams straight, and the middle never gets done properly either.

    Don't do it..:rotfl:

Thanks OrkneyStar, managed to jog my memory a bit!

Ok Mr G has been sent shopping with DD2, DS is watching Spongebob and DD1 is upstairs hopefully doing her room. Which means I really should be enthusiastic, put the radio on and get some work done :rotfl:
