Internet explorer problem

Hi,
I'm hoping someone on here can help me.
My main PC at home has 4 accounts on it, one each for me, Mrs T.S and each of my sons.
All of theirs work fine, and connect to the internet via a wire that goes to a Netgear hub that the laptop uses to connect to wirelessly. The laptop too can connect with no problem (that's what I'm typing on now)
The problem is, my account on the main PC keeps giving a 'Internet explorer cannot open the webpage' whenever I try to open internet explorer on my account.
This must just be a setting, but I'm bu££ered if I can find which one!
Can anybody help?

How to find a dentist.

internet Explorer 7 ??
Follow these steps to use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature from Internet Explorer 7:- In Internet Explorer 7, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
- On the Advanced tab, click Reset.
- In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
- When Internet Explorer 7 finishes restoring the default settings, click Close, and then click OK two times.
- Close Internet Explorer 7. The changes take effect the next time that you open Internet Explorer 7.
