I'm typing a message for someone at Xmas and would like to do it in Celtic Font. I am using Office 2007 but can't see any standard font that would suit. Is there somewhere I could download something suitable?

I've found that one already but I haven't got the foggiest idea what to do with it!

Download, extract the file and install the font (see windows / mac help for this procedure on your machine)

    How do I install fonts?

On windows copy the .ttf file to your C:\Windows\Fonts\ folder or Control Panel and then Fonts folder

You missed the essential step, which (in Control Panel -> Fonts) is to click on File then on Install New Font (applies to XP, probably fairly similar in Vista).

Just copying a .TTF file to C:\Windows\Fonts doesn't make it usable as a font.

Select the font's icon, right click and hit "Install". You can do loads at a time if they're all highlighted...

Thank you all. I haven't had time to try it but will do so tomorrow
