TV receiver question

We have a set of philips SBCVL 1100 tv link receivers operating between 2 rooms. However I would like to know if I had another set identical to these if the receiver would work in a third room using the original box link or are they paired as individual sets? If this wouldn't work can you suggest a make of tv reeceivers with more than one receiver and not too expensive, as I won't give an extra £10 a month for sky multi room as well as the £159 for an additional box which they have just asked for!!!!

Cheers for any answers. Plain english please as I don't really understand techie jargon.
2p or not 2p? That is the question!

I don't understand the question. That might explain why you've had no answers so far.

A second set could be set to the same channel, infact all you need is an additional receiver. But all these allow you to do is watch the same programme that is on the main set.
You could run a cable from the RF2 output on your Sky box to your second room, it also transmits the terrestrial signals from your aerial (assuming you have one ) so there will be a choice of programmes at the other end.
If you want to control the Sky box remotely using this set up then you need to buy a TV-Link magic eye.
