Don't mean to pee on anybody's parade but remember the similar situ last year with Littlewoods/Kays/Additions etc where they deducted money from customers cards some time after ordering because they were using codes that hadn't been issued to them.
In the end Martin Lewis got involved and sorted it but don't think there's a chance of that happening again
I really hope this doesn't turn out to be the case here and you all get your stuff at the price you've paid but wanted to bring it to your attention

Have added link above to an earlier post perhaps not the best but explains how the codes work (there are lots of of warnings on the discount codes boards but can't find them at the mo!)0 -

I checked my account on their website and it says the same :j - charged £11.74, refund £10, total £1.74
My online banking still not showing anything but hopefully it wont be too much longer, im very impatient when it comes to stuff like this! wonder if they work on the same system as tesco deliverly and the payment wont comeme out til its been safely delivered?? Anyone know?0 -
That's what has put me off ordering anything. I was about to then remembered all of the hassle people have had in the past when ordering from these so decided not to. I don't want them charging my card sometime in the future.galvanizersbaby wrote: »Don't mean to pee on anybody's parade but remember the similar situ last year with Littlewoods/Kays/Additions etc where they deducted money from customers cards some time after ordering because they were using codes that hadn't been issued to them.

Great bargain though if it works and you don't get charged later or if you're willing to pay the full price if you do get charged.
Edit: I've found the thread where Martin stepped in and sorted it but it has a statement from Littlewoods about using vouchers & codes and a warning from Martin not to use codes that haven't been sent to you personally as he wouldn't intervene again.

I reckon the Jam and Jelly set is a good price at $12 anyway tbh so hopefully it's not too much more to pay if they do charge cards later for the extra.
Fingers crossed I guess - I wouldn't use any more of their codes personally.
I've recently ordered using a code issued to me from Littlewoods direct and kept the email from them so if there's any comeback I'm hoping it will be ok but there's no guarantee with them it seems!0 -
I ordered a set yesterday, was wary about using the code but even for £11.74 its a very good buy
Slightly worn out mum to 3 (DS1 May 03, DS2 Feb 05, DD1 Feb 08). When i grow up i think i'll become a UN Peace keeper....0 -
I tried to place an order last night but both codes were rejected so gave up in the end.
I got the pram set when it was on the 342 / £30 off £60 spend Offer & am pleased with what i paid for it so you've all got a bargain for £1 odd..Well Done:T0 -
I placed mine late this afternoon, and the code was accepted, and I have email confirmation of delivery tomorrow.0
