I have just ordered one and it went through at 1.74 but when I checked the bank it had taken 11.74. I phoned them and they told me that I needed to ring once I had received it and give them the code again and they would refund the £10 into my partners account, does that sound about right ??0

It will say £11.74 but if you go into your transaction history it will show a promotional discount of £10 credit, at least thats how it works at Littlewoods:j2 years smoke free :j:eek: now to lose the extra 4 stone :eek:0 -
Just to clarify, does that meant that they debit the full amount from your card then 'credit' your catalogue account rather than refunding to your debit card?
I've seen some slippers for my dd that she'd love for xmas(been looking everywhere to no avail!), but don't really want £10 of my money sat in a catalogue account that I'm never going to use!0 -
