bt sky issue

Hi.
Iam supposed to of moved from primus to bt and in the process have lost 1571 .Depending on whom I speak to in bt the line is active or pending . This has been ongoing sice the 9th dec .

If I tell bt to shove it and go with sky should i then get 1571 they have llu in the echange . If im stuck with bt for line rental is it possable to be with sky and have them do 1571 and couls i swict some calls to bt

I was the same as you in regard to 1571 however mine has just been activated, give them a phone again.

My last provider I had to pat £1 per month for this service.

I thought BT gave you that service automatically ( as I was waiting for an important call) but when I called them about it they said I had to place an order for it, took about a week for it to become active.

An old-fashioned answering machine is more F&F friendly than 1571.
