New cat scratch post?

I'm after a new cat scratching post.
If I buy an expensive one can the rope be changed so as it looks new again (make it look like new again) anyone do this?

I like this one

But I think the P&P is a bit of a p take

& I like this one

  • They seem hugely expensive? Mine's about 4ft + tall for the price of the first  idk about replacing the rope but afaik you can buy that sisal rope so yeah i'd think it could easily be replaced.
