give it to me?
oh wait sound advise. well depends what your mortgage interests per month are and by paying it into it what are your savings, also a fixed term high interest savings account and max out your ISA.
The ISA or even a E-account with 4+% interest are still around to dump it in till you find something to invest.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
Hi sam51 I'll move this to the correct board for you, this is the freebies board. Welcome to Mse by the way.
MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.:hello:0 -
Tell us the following:
1) What rate of interest do you pay on the mortgage? Is this fixed or variable (and for how long)?
2) Are there any terms and conditions that restrict making part repayments on the mortgage?
3) Have you used up your ISA allowance this year? Do you have an OH and has he/she used up their ISA allowance this year?
4) Do you have other "rainy day" savings already set aside?
5) Do you have any other significant bill due in the next 12 months?
Any other relevant information along those lines would also help people to help you.0 -
