Same here - I only got the leter yesterday for Decembers cut too - I had phoned at some point a few weeks ago about the cuts and the advisor told me over the phone what my (then) up to date payments would be and apologised for the letters being so slow.0 -

The tracker I was put on wasn't fixed for any period and cost £75 to set up at the time. I think they called it a flexible tracker whereby you can pull out or change product at anytime without incurring a penalty.
The letter I received on Saturday states that it affects January's payment onwards charged at 3%.
I'll be even happier if it went down to 2% but then again Abbey have been leeching the rate reductions over the last few months.0
