Heating system quote

Have just had the following quote in the South East (Crawley) for a major heating system upgrade. Is this reasonable?
- Drain system and remove existing boiler, fitting vent over flueway.
- Fit Alpha CD18R condensing boiler (in a new position) with flue assembly and plume management system.
- Extend existing gas supply from meter to new boiler position.
- Supply and fit condensate pipework.
- Drain, disconnect and remove existing hot water cylinder. Replace with new cylinder and immersion heater. Convert the system to fully pumped (currently gravity fed).
- Supply and fit new programmer, pump, motorised valve and room thermostat.
- Extend pipework to three bedrooms and bathroom and install radiators in those rooms (the property has no heating system upstairs).
- Supply and fit thermostatic valves to the existing downstairs radiators.
- Fit a gas fire, including extending an existing gas supply to the point of installation.
- Manual flush, re-fill and chemical inhibitor and commission.
