I have sky box which i have cancelled the contract and now on virgin tv,
I use a wireless BB router and GAP phone at home, so i need a digi/videosender that can send signals from sky box, Virgin Vbox and my DVD to both TVs in my house but won't interfer with my house phone and bb wireless router.
Any ideas and recommendations please.

I think the 5.8GHz versions do not interfere with other equipment. I am looking for a video sender to send a sky signal to two tv's.
Your requirement seems to be a bit more complicated but I am sure you will get some ideas from here...

Hi,
by using 3 video sources in to 2 TV's you are looking at an expensive solution such as video switcher+3wireless video links(good ones) and what about controling them???.
b4 i start explaining....pls let me know what kind of budget you had in mind?
generaly speaking, using cables will make it cheaper and in most cases better quality(there are many ways incl' the use of the existing Coax cable from the aerial).

I'm looking to spend upto £40 for this, at the moment the sky box can send signals via RF out with coax connected to both TVs' however the virgin box cannot send signal through the RF output, i connect the coax to the RF output on the virgin box and plug it to the "ariel in" hole on the TV, ive tried re-tuning the TV but can't get any signal on the telly.Hi,

Ok,
As far the Vbox goes, your best bet would be to get live support from there customer support line, they will look in to the box menu config' the connection and quality of your cables and TV setup.
Now, you need to be a little techy for this one but have a look at this websit HERE, this will let you in the world of RF and I've pasted the link to one of there signal converters now selling at £19.99 so depending on where you setup you source equipment, you may be able to get away by only spending £40
Hope this helps...but if you don't understand it let me know and try something else.0 -
Thanks everyone for your help, virgin finally sent an engr out to me today.
He re-tuned the box and said that the box was set to use scartlead cos "channel 5" frequency interfer with the virgin frequency in Norwich area, so if any virgin customer in norwich area wants to use the RF output, virgin will have to come out and retune the box to another frequency for it to work on RF.Though the vision may not be the true future of man but it can't be completely beyond his control.0
