disappointing to see Halifax reduce its popular Children Regular Saver by 2.00%, it remains the top paying account in this field. Clients will need to ensure they commit to a minimum payment of £10 per month and adhere to the strict terms and conditions, otherwise the rate is reduced to that paid on Save4it, currently 3.55%.
