Have I got it wrong?
I am usually on the reclaims boards but the argument on the terms and conditions doesn't wash well with me. You are not always told how the charges work when an account is opened. Even if you have, the terms are then changed and on most banks have done in the last 2 years because of the bank charges campaign which has clearly highlighted the fact that they are not in Plain and Intelligble Language. Unfortunately, we live in a real time banking world with an old time charging system. If only it could be better....I live in hope that one day it wll be.
Shelfstacker not attacking you but the notion of what was written and I know exactly where you are coming from.0
