hi i have asked capital one to refund my charges off my c/card the sum of £1350 since jan2003 they have not replied to me and the cut off date was yesterday,
question 1
i am now filling in a small claims form for my local county court can any person tell me what interest should i enclose with my claim and can i claim the court fees back
any advice would be welcome
