Old bank account but i can remember any details?

    No, they got my complaint from the FO and cacked themselves. They decided they would infact remove the defaults and they were in the wrong at that point.

    I have no idea how to get the information and statements from that bank account all i can remember is the branch i opened it at and where i was living at the time. Will that be enough for them to find the account?
    Had my amazing little girlie 08/12/2007 - 11 days late! 9lbs 3oz
    My second little girl entered the world 20/03/2010 - 11 days late! 8lbs 4oz

    Include as much detail as possible Full name, DoB, Address, Branch, Dates of opening and closing a/c etc plus Council Tax or Utility bill from current address

    Did you ask the FOS to look at just the default or the charges as well?

    This may be another issue. When did the FOS give their decision?

    They didnt give one HSBC got the first letter from FO and decided they would remove the default. They removed it so the complaint didnt go any furthur.

    In that case its time to get the charges back before the OFT test case ends. FANTASTIC!!
