Fair play to Microsoft...the XBox died......so phoned them up and they sent a courier round the next day and off it went to Germany. Less than a week later they returned us another fully working XBox as the other was not repairable and one months free XBox live voucher!!
This over the Christmas period as well:T :T :T

mY SONS XBOX DIED WITH red ring of death .
rang xbox sent a couriour to pick it up it went to Germany and was mended. Sent back to us all repaired in a week and got 1 months free on line connection so thank you xbox for good service0
