Noticed that KE's savings rate has reduced to 3.55% and the Capital One Bonus Saver has gone down to 4.05%.

Yeah, The general rates are rubbish now, But I am dissapointed with Kaupthing/ING. The rates where one of the better ones around, but they have faded fast.
However many rates are going down, and i suspect most will be at around 3.5% this time next month, ING are normally quick to pass on the rate where some others take their time. I have taken all of my money out of my K/E Account except the fix term bond( at 7.15% interest )
Theres only a few accounts with over 4% but many are variable so will slide.
I have Bradford and Bingley - esaver 6 - at 4.60%
Birmingham midshires at 4.33%
ICICI AT 4.5%
So thats as near as good as you can get at present...........
Poor time for savers, but hopefully the bigger picture is the country can stabalise quicker:rotfl:0
