I bought some laser guns from firebox ready for Xmas and when they arrived luckily I decided to test them and put the batteries in so they were ready to play on the day. Unfortunately one of the battery holders was missing the coil so was useless. :eek: I did panic as it's getting pretty close to Xmas - I rang them on Thursday and they arranged for a courier to come on Friday and bring a new one/collect the old one!!
