Stupidly i accidentally left my cap 1 cashback card in a shop the other day whilst out in the mayhem we call xmas shopping and ive had to cancel my card although i did get my card back we didint want to take the chance of the card being cloned. We have about £130 cashback due to us within the next few weeks but will this be paid? When we phoned cap 1 to explain what had happened they said the only way was to close the account and start a new one and we have had new pins sent through. I can still access my card online and there is still a balance there, i just dont know what will happend re the cashback?
Any one know?

Cashback should be carried over. If it isn't I would definitely get on to Capital One and make a complaint.0
