Spending Tracker application

I've started a bespoke application as a pet application for my course. I've created my own on-line spending tracker and budgeting application.

Now since some of my friends discovered that it is actually an unique approach to the topic, they've advised me to make it public, add a tutorial and convert it to a public application.

I've got into the idea, however it's a bit of an investment, started adding some more general features. I'm wondering what's the most desired and most hated functionality of existing tools out there? Any comments on that?
