Orange mobile broadband and eee pc problem urgent help needed

First off all excuse my grammer my keyboard is broke, as will become clear later on. Apologies if this isnt the correct place to post.

I took out the twenty five pound amonth and free net book deal on the 9th off this monthwith orange no problems what soo ever upto yesterday until some off the number keys and backspace key wont work. So i took it along to the orange shop spoke to a very nice young lady "yea we'll replace that for you, just have to run it pass my manager" manager comes along checks the net book out and finds sticky fingerprint onnit, well anyone familiar with this net book will realise it picks prints up llike theres no tommorow. He then proceeds to say it looks like there has been something spilled onnit, whice isnt the case, and fobs me off saying they cant do anything. Ok cancell the contract i thought nope he couldnt do that either. so im stuck wiith a twenty five pound amonth contract with a broken keyboard, whice i can honestly say hasnt had anything at all spilled on.

im just wondering where i stand and how i act next, i leftt the shop because i was really fired up, Hopefully someone on here could lend me an helping hand and advise me on how best to proceed.

Try a different Orange shop?
Or maybe phone and say you'd like to come and see the manager and ask what days is he there........ then go on a day when he's off!

That made me giggle, i could visit another orange shop but it wont be in my town, whice i dont think matters, but thats beside's the point, why should i have to
