What news of excitement of the weekend??
Hello's are fun
Been out in Darwin - been chopping logs and now boogered!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:

Im boogered too as we were moving the last bits out of the flat ready for friendies to go in next week.
My living room now resembles a blue peter bring and buy sale, cue much stress and sobbing from me that I cant deal with that much stuff and dont have time and what are we going to do with it all and genereal blahhhhhness!!
Does anyone else have this problem? I feel I shouldnt get rid of stuff as I may need it, eg, I had a teapot in the flat, we also have a teapot in the house so I now have 2 teapots which I neither need or have space for YET I cant seem to bring mysel to chuck 1 out. Same with all kinds of stuff - "it may be useful" I think this is why I get so stressed out by it all.
Maybe its Miss Frugal battling with Mrs Tidy and Organised, who will be the winner...........you decide!!Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T

I would keep both teapots - but then again that explains why I am now frantically decluttering our house before moving next week - including shredding papers from 1990 today - bank statements from my first savings account:)
Maybe you could have a stall at a car boot sale one week and get rid of some stuff there that way you wont feel too bad about parting with the stuff if you are getting some money from it?:)0 -

Oh, I was so like you, I used to keep everything for frugal reasons, then I realised that I used to end up in such a muddle I couldn't find things when I needed them and ended up going out to buy something I knew I had three of, if only I could find them. Now I have the rule of two and five. Two of something I use all the time like tea pots and toasters and kettles and computer stuff, and five of handbags and coats and shoes and the like. It's helped me not buy stuff too, because if I know I have five or two I'm going to have to chuck one out. If I don't put it up for sale in seven days then out it goes too. I look at it this way, it's living in my house rent free so it has to justify it's space.
When it comes to tidying up a 'tip' (I have teen daughters, nuff said) I do 15 mins then have a rest, then do 15 mins more. All you have to do is the next 15 mins not the whole room, bit of kidology but it works for me. Happy wekend Y'all.

Two teapots or not two teapots - that is the question
- you may need to rent the flat again furnished - can you store the stuff incase - that way if it ever happens you wont have the expense of buying all that extra stuff
If you can't store the stuff (I am thinking parents attic? - or yours if you have the room) then really think if you want the hassles of selling it, replacing it later if you need too?
If you can't store it all and don't want the hassle of a carboot - freecycle it or charity shop it - it will be out of your hair asap.
You've just started work again - think path of least resistance at the moment - if you want ot hold onto it - stash it out the way until you have the time/headspace to sort it out - if that's a car boot then great - if its in boxes in the attic then great - if its freecycle etc then thats great.......you're sounding stressed
JUST LOOK AFTER YOURSELF LADY!!!!!! (and those other 3 important things in your life right now - you, pip and pip dad - giving you all a big hug - cleaning out the flat will have been stressy and hard work - try and have some family time chill out if you can - not preaching and easy for me to say - but you are doing loads xxxxxxxxx)Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
