Hi,
My Mum took off the personal reserve and had her normal overdraft limit on her account for about the past 4 months.
Now she's asked for it back, and I thought it was just a feature that was switched back on. However the call centre staff are saying they can't do it.
Is it possible? Cos she needs it back on for tomorrow!

It's a credit scored product, much like an overdraft.
She'd need to apply for it, but if she's doing that she might as well ask for a larger overdraft anyway.
Is her local branch open on a Saturday? Pay them a visit.What would William Shatner do?0
