Make my website instantly searchable on search engines

My mum needs to advertise some puppies and wants to make use of the 'power of the web' fairly quickly. I've looked at submitting a site to google but they say they make no guarantees of adding it to their index, or within what amount of time.

Does anyone know of services (free) that you can submit your URL to and it makes your site searchable on the web almost straight away?

there is no quick way unless you pay...

site I run is now only showing up high in searches after many months of work

Not bothered about how high up it comes in searches cos there are some fairly 'unique' words to be used. I just want it to come up in a search when people use such words

Have been looking for a particular pup for a while. Two good places are

http://www.epupz.co.uk

Both allow you to upload images (adtrader only one, but you could put link to your webpage and email contact info).

Adtrader also has quite a good method of contacting the advertiser - it uses a YAK number so that the advertiser's personal Tel No info remains unknown.

I advertised on https://www.freeads.co.uk and my advert came up on a google search right away, if you use good link search words!

The other way is to make sure your site is visible by web spiders. So get your headers and meta tags on your home page well written (can normally be reached and edited in the properties section). However dont be tempted to put things like google, winzip etc in tags as you will get you barred from search engines.
