Monitor cable HD?

I have a flat screen moniitor with a DVI-I (dual link) socket on the back

Anyway, I don't have the video cable. only my old VGA one for the current old CRT monitor.
How can I get to work?

It says 'HD' on the back of the monitor, is that High Def? Do I need a new fancy video card or will the monitor take a basic VGA signal from my oldish video card?

thanks

EDIT: as per replies below I have found converters on ebay, and this supplier in particular seems to be the cheapest, but there is confusion for me on whether I need specifically a "DVI-I dual" pin out (as on the monitor) or will any of the DVI pin outs do? There are after all only 15 pins on the VGA cable so my guess is that many of the pins will not be used within the converter. The Ebay seller above is selling DVI-D (dual). Will this converter definately allow me to use my monitor using a VGA cable?
