Bose Sounddock £125.83 at Comet

we bought Bose because we liked it best but we also said we need radio and so had a choice according to Comet man.....docking station with radio or Bose + iDAB radio....as we liked Bose best we bought the latter, didn't work with docking station so did some research and iDAB is not compatible with BOSE....BEWARE!!

Myrtle take them back to Comet and get a refund as you must have been given false information. Don't keep them if you are not happy that is a lot of money to spend.

Thanks for that, it is a lot of money to spend.....we're deciding what to do, we didn't hear a dock at Comet that we liked better than Bose...so not sure what to do, we have a cheapo portable dock from M&S that might play the iDAB...we need to try it tomorrow and decide....any recommendations of excellent docks would be welcome!....I shall however give the Comet man some info he should have....;)

The B&W Zeppelin sounds fantatsic and charges (everything except 3rd gen ipod) as well as plays all ipod & iphone with the correct connector, and mutes the iphone if it rings for a call - i heard it side by side to the BOSE just before xmas and in my mind there is no comparison - but its 300 odd gbp

Bose are awful quality, anybody who knows anything about music knows what a laughing stock they are - they just spend loads of money on advertising to persuade gullible punters that they make high-end products, when in fact they are tat.

Go for the Klipsch... excellent. and almost half price on Amazon at the minute I think.

Klipsch website in the UK doing the RoomGroove on special! Excellent system. The iGroove is available on Amazon too for £85. Klipsch are WAY better than SoundDock...

so is Klipsch compatable with iDAB radio then?....can't find anything that says it isn't....unlike BOSE

I really like the look, price and excellent reviews of the Klipsch systems but I really want a system that will charge as well as play
